CIRO advises all Approved Persons*/Candidates who have completed Conduct Training prematurely to consult their Dealer for guidance on how to proceed. Retaking the Conduct Training is at CIRO's discretion. If you are approved to retake Conduct Training, your information will be shared with Fitch Learning who will contact you when you are eligible. Dealers, including Chief Compliance Officers (CCO) may consult CIRO regarding next steps if needed.
*An Approved Person is someone who has been approved by CIRO to engage in the registrable activity in the selected category/categories. Please note that you are NOT an Approved Person if you are going through the application process.
